A pivot.
Well my friends, COVID took me out for a bit.
As much as I wanted to continue my riff on embodied leadership and cycle awareness this week, we’re going to make a tiny pivot for a moment. My foggy brain couldn’t form a coherent sentence, much less a long, meandering poem about such a nuanced topic.
So this week I am offering you something else.
My friend Sofia and I did an interview last week about embodiment, creativity and transformational leadership and I want to share it with you.
In these 30 minutes we muse on how sacred self-expression is and how it’s your key to true belonging and transformational leadership. It’s a warm, encouraging hug for all of you seeking the most authentic expression of your essence.
With love, from us to you.
You can see view it on YouTube through this link.
And, if after watching you’re interested in developing some embodied awareness and stamina, I’ve included a few meditation recordings below.
10 Minute Embodied Presence Practice
20 Minute Centering Practice
25 Minute Embodied Exploration of the Divine Feminine
Be sure to save this post to come back to when you need a moment to pause, settle in, and open to what is real and true for you right now.
If you watch or listen to any of these, I would love for you to share your thoughts in the comments below!
And an unofficially official announcement!
I haven’t officially announced this on all of my platforms yet but since y’all are my people and I truly love you with my whole being, I wanted you to be the first to know.
If you’re local to Sacramento, I invite you to join me on Sunday, June 11th at 3pm for a workshop that centers Cycle Devotion as an embodied leadership and spiritual practice.
I’ll do a full post about it with all the goodies soon, but if you’re at all interested you can check out the registration page here.
And if you’re a paid subscriber, I have a coupon code for you for 22% off which I will share in our community chat on here.
Until next week
Where I will be sharing about how to work with your inner critic from an embodied, cyclical leadership perspective.
I love you. Thank you for being here.
May this post and these words and our practices and our conversations serve all beings everywhere.
Soulful blessings,
Emily
If you are ready to take your embodied leadership practice to the next level, I encourage you to schedule a complementary consultation today. These are cost-free and no-pressure connection calls where we explore your longing and vision, you get to experience my coaching style on a current challenge you’re working through, and we determine if there is resonance in us working together. It’s completely risk-free, and you will definitely walk away with more clarity about what is most important to you right now. You can schedule that here.
And, if you decide that you want to move forward with working together, I am running a special through the month of May to celebrate the launch of this blog and my heal.me practitioner profile (which has been a labor of love lemme tell ya!) and you can find those promotional prices on my profile.
